About
Iskra (/ˈiːskrɑː/ Russian: spark)
Iskra Advisory is an art and cultural advisory based in Singapore, working across Southeast Asia.
We navigate the region's contemporary art landscape with curiosity, insight and a deep understanding of its cultural ecosystems. We connect collectors, businesses and institutions with artists, ideas and opportunities that shape the way people experience culture today.
Our work is about creating meaningful connections between people and artists, collections and context, creativity and place.
Founded by Mariia Zhuchenko, Iskra Advisory brings together regional expertise, an international perspective and an extensive network across Southeast Asia's contemporary art world. Every project begins with conversation, grows through collaboration and is shaped by a belief that culture is one of the most powerful ways to connect people, places and ideas.
We create rare access to Southeast Asia's cultural landscape through private itineraries, artist introductions, institutional partnerships and experiences that reveal the region beyond the expected.
Cultural Advisory
We build collections with purpose. Whether acquiring a single work or developing a long-term collection, we combine market knowledge, curatorial thinking and strategic guidance to create collections with depth, relevance and lasting value.
Collection Advisory
We partner with architects, designers, developers and cultural organisations to bring ambitious ideas to life. From integrating artworks into the built environment to producing exhibitions, commissions and cultural programmes, we create projects where art becomes an essential part of the experience.
